- Exchanges only – We do not offer returns or refunds.

- Exchange requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery by contacting our customer support team.
- An uncut unboxing video is mandatory for any claim related to a damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing product.
- Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and returned with all accessories.
- An exchange fee of ₹150 applies to all exchange requests.
- Exchanges are available for a different size of the same style. If your preferred size is unavailable, you may exchange for another product of equal value.
- Once the returned product passes our quality inspection, the replacement will be dispatched within 2–4 working days.
- Orders placed using discount coupons or promotional offers are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once shipped.
- International orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
